This is IRIDA, a mobile app prototype designed to be accessible and adapted to aid in the verbal communication of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). It aims to facilitate the education of children with ASD through technology designed with an inclusive and approachable interfaced. The project was developed according to professional recommendations from designers, psychologists, educators and programmers. With the widespread use of electronic devices and their interaction in our society, the designer’s role in advancing this relationship between the user and technology becomes essential.
